🔹 Minimum Order Requirement: 

We do not accept single or loose item orders. All online or WhatsApp orders must meet our minimum quantity or amount. For small or single items, please visit our store directly.

🔹 Advance Payment Policy:

 Every custom order starts only after receiving a minimum 70% advance payment. Remaining 30% must be cleared before delivery or installation.

🔹 Quotation Validity: 

All prices quoted are valid for only 7 days from the date shared. After that, new pricing will be applicable.

🔹 Custom Size & Design Edits: 

We offer custom digital glass sizes and artwork edits. Once the final design is approved, no further changes will be accepted mid-process.

🔹 Measurement & Site Visit Charges: 

Site visit and measurement cost is ₹2000 within Hyderabad and ₹5000 outside Hyderabad (Telangana/AP). This amount is adjustable in the final bill if the order is confirmed.

🔹 Delivery & Transport: 

Transport inside Hyderabad ranges between ₹1200 to ₹2500 based on distance. For locations outside Hyderabad, transport is charged as per third-party transporter rates.

🔹 Installation Time: 

Installation will be completed within 7–10 working days after advance and design confirmation. For large orders or special materials, additional time may be needed.

🔹 Installation Materials:

 Standard glass installation includes 6mm–8mm drill bit screws, wall plugs, and basic mounting accessories.

🔹 Cancellation Policy: 

Once production begins, no cancellations or refunds are allowed. If cancelled before production, cutting and material charges will be deducted.

🔹 Warranty Terms:

 We only replace items with manufacturing defects. We are not liable for physical damage, breakage during transport, or mishandling by third parties.

🔹 Digital Printing Quality:

 All prints are done on 5mm or 8mm Saint-Gobain toughened glass using UV-resistant technology. Avoid acidic cleaners or scratching the surface.

🔹 Color Difference Disclaimer: 

Due to screen lighting, glass reflections, or print finish, final product color may slightly vary from what is seen in photos.

🔹 Sliding Wardrobe Notes:

 Pricing depends on profile type (black matte, gold glossy, rose gold, champagne) and glass finish (fluted, mirror, digital print). Custom sizes are available.

🔹 Pooja Glass / Frame Details: 

Divine digital glass frames available in sizes like 48x30, 60x36, 72x42 inches. All designs are customizable. Profile door options include 20mm and 45mm frames.

🔹 No Pan-India Shipping:

 We do not offer courier delivery across India. Our delivery is limited to Hyderabad. Others must select store pickup.

🔹 Images for Reference Only:

 Offers like 25% off on 3+ pieces may be available during certain promotions. Discounts are applicable only for bulk or eligible orders.

🔹 Payment Methods: 

We accept UPI, bank transfer, and cash. No Cash on Delivery is available for custom-made items.
