Installation & fulfilment+
The frame hangs on two securely fitted screws. Two-person handling is recommended for large sizes. Check wall material, fixing load rating and the power route before fitting. A 48 × 30 inch frame can fit a suitable car with secure packaging; check the opening and carrying space first. Applicable electrical components carry a one-year warranty.
Typical production: 10–15 days after confirmation.

Can I choose my own artwork?
Yes. Share a design or reference image with the team. We prepare the artwork for printing and confirm the design and size before production.
How is the frame installed?
The frame hangs on two securely fitted screws. Because these are substantial glass-and-aluminium frames, two-person handling is recommended, especially for larger sizes. Confirm the wall, fixing load rating and power route before lifting.
Can I collect it from the store?
Yes. A 48 × 30 inch frame can be transported in a suitable car with secure packaging. Check your vehicle opening and carrying space before collection.
What is covered by warranty?
Applicable electrical components carry a one-year warranty. Glass is not covered. Our team can explain coverage for your selected configuration before you order.
Order confirmation & care+
Artwork, dimensions, glass and finish are confirmed before production. Custom orders begin after full payment and final design confirmation, and cannot be cancelled once production starts. Glass is not covered by warranty.
